01. Defining the work scope to better apply our team's skills.

Verta AI hired us to first launch the Model Catalog. Their team already had a technical solution to the problem, however they needed a team to help define, validate and quickly implement a product that would solve their target audience paint-points.

02. Researching, designing and validating the proposed solution.

The design and strategy team run a market research, did user interviews and deepened their knowledge about the main pain-points. We defined the product scope and validated the interface usability with Verta's clients. Meanwhile our tech team studied Verta's solution to connect the dots.

03. reating a simpler, performative, and easy to use product.

To deliver faster with quality, we remodeled the front-end and integrated with a known library (MUI), speeding up the design and implementation processes. In the back-end we added filters and features to customize the user's workflow.
